Friendly Error Messages on Imports

If possible you should introduce friendly error messages into your import process. Guessing what the problem may have been is frustrating, and begins to make you wonder whether your time might be better spent elsewhere.

This is a good idea. We know that the import process isn't perfect and could be improve. We don't necessarily have a good way of inspecting the csv file to know what is happening with the file but we should add common problems with CSV as a minimum.
