Dashboard crashed for 3 days now.

All I get is an error screen saying "whoops something went wrong" when I try to pull up the dashboard.

I just started using the site so I'm not that familiar with it's reliability. Is it being maintained?

I hope it's a going concern as it's about the best alternative I've found to track a collection short of developing my own stand alone system. I'd rather use Zistle to be honest but I've been reporting this issue for a few days now to no response so I'm uncertain of the projects status.

I submitted a screen shot again this morning so perhaps that will help. Looks like a server issue though not something I'm doing wrong on my end.

Sorry about the confusion. There must have been an issue with our outbound help desk communications, because we responded a couple of times. It took us a while to track down what was happening as yours seems to be one of the only accounts affected. It was definitely an issue on our end thoug.

We have a fix that should have rolled out a few minutes ago.

We hope that you'll give us another chance. If it makes any difference we have been around since 2008 and we don't plan on going anywhere. We have many members that have devoted the time to add hundreds of thousands of cards and we know that with that comes a responsibility to make their efforts worth it. Also, we always love to see fellow Minnesotans on the site!
