Love this site! Refreshing to see a site that benefits collectors of all kind. I am new to the site, so forgive me if this is a rookie question. I am trying to export my list and I continue to get an error. Here are my steps below.
1. Hover over the collection tab.
2. Click on export.
3. Click on New Export.
4. I am choosing Collection.
5. Click Entire list.
6. Export results.
7. It pops up as processing.
Sometimes my laptop auto locks after a period of time. Sometimes the page will refresh on its own and the error appears. Is there something specific I am doing wrong? Does the internet explorer page need to be up until the process is complete?

Any help would be appreciated,

Hey Chris,

We've had similar reports from other members. It looks like we are having some issues with exports. We are working on a fix now.
