Ability to Change Trade rating?

I recently completed a trade with a member. I rated the trade a 10.0 (so I thought). I was then contacted by the member and they wondered if there was a problem with the trade, as they show it rated as 9.0. Is there a way to get this rating changed?

The exact same thing happened to a trade I just completed. I thought I rated the trade as a 10.0 and the seller contacted me saying that the trade was rated a 9.0.
